Ingredients

  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup of miso paste
  • 2 cups of fermented soybeans
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Instructions
