Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh raw fish fillets, diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1-2 chili peppers, finely chopped (optional)
- Juice of 2-3 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced raw fish, coconut milk, and lime juice. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Add the diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, spring onions, coriander, and chili peppers to the marinated fish. Toss gently to combine.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the Oka in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
