Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, sliced
- 1 cup of rafute (Okinawan braised pork belly)
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 4 slices of tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the tofu slices in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Warm the rafute in a separate pan over low heat.
- Spread mayonnaise on the sandwich buns and assemble with tofu, rafute, shredded cabbage, and tomato slices.
