Tofu Rafute Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu, sliced
  • 1 cup of rafute (Okinawan braised pork belly)
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Place the tofu slices in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Warm the rafute in a separate pan over low heat.
