Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh tuna, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lime juice, orange juice, aji amarillo paste, grated ginger, and chopped cilantro to make the marinade.
