Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lime juice, orange juice, aji amarillo paste, grated ginger, and chopped cilantro to make the marinade.
