Wonton Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, shrimp, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper.
- Place a small amount of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the wontons and cook for 4-5 minutes, until they float to the top and are cooked through.
- Serve the wonton soup hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
